General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gbajivip platform and all services connected to it. By visiting the gbajivip.lat website, creating an account, or using any service, you are agreeing to these Terms.

Funds Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from your own account only — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• For suspicious transactions, gbajivip may suspend processing until verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method originally used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gbajivip does not directly impose any conversion charges, however your bank or mobile banking operator's own fees may apply.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gbajivip offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are available under specific conditions and each offer has its own rules in effect.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus is applicable only once — the same offer cannot be claimed a second time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirements must be met.
• A specific time limit may apply when claiming a bonus.
• gbajivip reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The gbajivip VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback applies at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Gaming Rules and Fairness

All games on gbajivip are operated to ensure fair play. Fair play principles are strictly followed on our platform.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical error, gbajivip will provide the best available resolution.
• gbajivip reserves the right to set or refuse any bet limit.
• Winnings obtained due to a system error or technical problem may not be valid.

6.2 Verification of Winnings

For large winnings, gbajivip may conduct a verification process. This process confirms the validity of the bet and compliance with the rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the gbajivip platform. For any violation, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Attempting to damage or compromise any game or system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Operating games using third-party software or bots.
• Collecting other users' information or conducting any fraudulent activity against them.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Account Suspension and Closure

gbajivip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any violation of the terms and conditions is detected.
• If cooperation is not provided during identity verification or the KYC process.
• If suspicious or unusual transaction activity is observed.
• If required to comply with directions from judicial or regulatory authorities.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
